What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, American Express, Visa, ApplePay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal.


Is the credit card information I submit secure?

All of our online ordering processes use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, which protects your information.


Will I be charged sales tax for my order?

Karen Zuker Designs is required to charge applicable sales and shipping tax for residents of the state of Georgia. Tax will be calculated during checkout and will be included in your order total before you confirm your order.


Do you ship outside the U.S.?

No, unfortunately, Karen Zuker Designs does not offer International shipping.


MY ORDER

How do I cancel/update my order?

Only orders that have not yet shipped can be canceled or modified. Please note that we try to begin processing orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. For this reason, please contact us as soon as you realize you’d like to make a change. Please have your order number handy.


How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email confirmation after your order has been received. After your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order.


Do you offer gift packaging?

All items are packaged in an organza pouch.


I have received notification that an item is out of stock. Can I be put on a wait list?

We’re sorry about that! Unfortunately, we do not accept wait lists for items. You can contact us if you would like to find out more information about the item, including whether or not we will be offering more quantities.


I added an item to my cart. Does that guarantee that I have the item?

Your cart is not guaranteed until you proceed to check out with your order. We do our best to maintain an up-to-date inventory, but during times of increased shopping traffic, inventory discrepancies do sometimes occur. If we are unable to fulfill your order in its entirety, you will receive an email notification and will be refunded the purchase price for any sold-out items. Please allow up to one week for credit card charges to be reversed.


Do you sell individual pendants, chains or earrings?

We do not sell individual components or half-pairs of earrings. We also do not offer customized chain lengths. All jewelry is sold as is.

MATERIALS


What is vermeil?

Vermeil has a sterling silver base (.925) coated with at least 2.5 microns of gold. Vermeil pieces are made with precious material and heavy plating to ensure long-lasting wear.


What are Herkimer diamonds?

Herkimer diamonds are not actual diamonds but quartz with two naturally faceted ends. The term diamond is due to their clarity and natural faceting, which create the illusion of a diamond. They are found in a dolomite rock in and around Herkimer County, New York.


What types of stones do you use?

We use all natural stones, which are a product of nature. As a result, all of our gemstones come in variations of color, pattern and texture. 


ASSEMBLY

Where is your jewelry assembled or finished?

All of our jewelry is assembled and finished in the USA. All cast pieces are manufactured in Thailand, Morocco or Turkey.


Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?

Yes. Please indicate that the order is a gift by checking the appropriate box during your order checkout. These orders will be shipped with a packing slip that does not include pricing information. All items come in an organza bag.
